1.Working principles:
Compared
with the ordinaryhigh shear mulser,the pipeline mulser��s working principles are
basically the same.The precise combination of rotor and stator produces a strong
shear force to mix,crush and emulsify the materials.But the pipeline mulser
difference is that it has one or more sets of rotors and stators to improve the
emulsifying effects.Moreover,the device can continuously work(so it is also
named the continuous mulser)by feeding at one end and discharging at the
other,which will increase the production efficiency significantly.The
equipment��s prominent feature is that it does not use grinding media in the
production process ,and integrates shear,disperse,emulsify,homogenize,mix,crush
and transport all together.

Features:
The
working chamber has one group of stator and rotor,and the rotor rotates to
produce a strong centrifugal force, which will sucks the materials into the
working area, then all materials must go through shearing and be ejected from
the working chamber.
